Regular fit, like a match shirt. If you're between two sizes, go for the larger one: it sits looser and won't be tight on the arms.

How to measure
Chest: measure the shirt laid flat, armpit to armpit, and compare it with the “Chest” column.
Length: from the shoulder to the hem, down the back.
Measurements in centimetres, with the shirt laid flat. There may be a 1-2 cm difference between units.
